Ingredients
  

  • 1 Avocado Ripe
  • 2 Eggs Boiled
  • 2 slices Bread
  • 2 tbsp Tapenade
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Microgreens

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs for seven minutes
  • Toast your bread
  • Spread the tapenade over the toast and top with sliced or smashed avocado and sliced egg. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with coriander and microgreens
