
Dead easy detox salad recipe
A dead easy detox sald that is ready in 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado Peeled and cubed
- 1 oz Parsley Chopped roughly
- 1/4 cup Quinoa
- 1/2 Cucumber Cubed
- 1/2 Courgette Cubed
- 1 Red onion Diced
- 1 lemon Juice only
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Mixed seeds and nuts For garnish
Instructions
- Combine parsley, avocado, quinoa, cucumber, courgette, and onion in a bowl
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon, season with salt and pepper, then mix to combine and serve sprinkled with nuts and seeds as a garnish
