Heavenly mouth watering hummus made from edamame beans. Serve with pitta bread or raw veggies. You could even create some tasty sandwiches.

  • 200 g edamame beans
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 3 leaves mint
  • salt& pepper to season


  • Blitz the edamame beans and the remaining ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Add a little water if necessary, to achieve the desired consistency .
  • Serve with pitta bread or raw veggies.


Pour any leftovers into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
