
Egg broccoli & ham muffins recipe
A delicious easy recipe for egg,broccoli and ham muffins. This recipe is from our immune boosting recipes.
Equipment
1 muffin tray for 6 muffins
Ingredients
- 1/2 Broccoli
- 1 clove Garlic
- 5 Eggs
- 1 pinch Chilli flakes If desired
- 4 slices Ham Chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).
- Cook the broccoli in salted boiling water for approximately 3 minutes. Drain and cut into small pieces.
- Whisk the eggs in a medium size bowl, add minced garlic and season with salt and pepper, and chili flakes if desired.
- . Grease the muffin tray with butter or oil, and place into the moulds evenly the broccoli, ham, and grated cheese. Pour the whisked eggs into the moulds and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the muffins have have set.
Notes
Vegetarian option: Replace the ham with your favorite cheese or vegetables. Garlic must be crushed or sliced, prior to baking, in order to
allow the maximum allicin production, since allicin is responsible for
many of garlic’s immune boosting effects.
