Hello, FoodAndMe.Club community! Today, I’m excited to share a glimpse into my journey so far through an ongoing Nutrition Coaching course. As the owner of this blog, my mission has always been to foster a community centred around mindful eating, balanced nutrition, and overall well-being. What better way to enhance this mission than to deepen my understanding of nutrition?

Lesson 1: Unveiling the World of Macronutrients

The journey began with the foundational understanding of macronutrients – the building blocks of our diet. Learning about the role of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats not only demystified nutrition for me but also empowered me to make more informed choices in my own meals. As I planned post-workout snacks and embraced a balanced approach, I could feel the positive impact on my energy levels.

Lesson 2: Micronutrients – The Unsung Heroes

Delving into the world of micronutrients opened my eyes to the importance of vitamins and minerals. I became more intentional about incorporating a variety of fruits and vegetables into my meals to ensure a diverse range of nutrients. This lesson marked a turning point in my approach to nutrition – it was no longer just about calories but about nourishing my body with essential elements.
