
Peanut Butter & Banana Green Smoothie Bowl Recipe
A delicous and decadent smoothie that you could whiz up at any time of the day, But brekkie is the best for this one.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 75 g blueberries
- 30 g spinach
- 60 g cauliflower
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. Divide between 2 serving bowls and serve immediately.
