
Protein pancakes without protein powder recipe
These protein pancakes without protein powder are great for breakfast with a hint of orange, cardamon or cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp orange peel
- 4 slices orange
- 2 eggs
- 8 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 2 tsp coconut sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut oil Melted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 8 tbsp spelt flour
Instructions
- Combine the egg, yogurt, cocnut sugar, vanilla extract and orange peel. Then fold the flour and baking powderin and combine until smooth. Finally, add the melted coconut oil and combine again.
- Fry the pancakes in a dry non-stick pan over a low to medium heat until they have went golden brown
- Garnish with with orange slices and fresh berries.
Notes
If preferred you can replace natural yogurt with soy or coconut
yogurt. Or why not spice up your pancakes with cinnamon or cardamom for a
