Quinoa Porridge Recipe
A delicous porridge that is vegan.
- 170 g Quinoa
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 480 ml Almond milk unsweetened
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp Goji berries
- 2 Strawberries
- Rinse and drain the quinoa and place in a small pot, add the almond milk and chia seeds. Bring to a boil,then reduce heat cover the pot with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Next remove the lid and continue to simmer the quinoa for a further 5-10 minutes, stirring, until the quinoa has cooked.
- Stir through the maple syrup,divvy between 4 bowls, and serve with sprinkled shredded coconut and berries.
