Ingredients
  

  • 160 g rolled oats
  • 200 g mixed raw nuts (e.g. almonds, pecans, cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios)
  • 130 g pumpkin seeds or sunflower
  • 100 g flaked coconut
  • 40 g mix of seeds (e.g. chia seeds, hemp seeds)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 80 ml coconut oil
  • 80 ml maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 100 g raisins
  • 30 g dried starwberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats,mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds, flaked coconut, mix of seeds,ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and orange zest until well combined.
  • Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well-coated
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paperand spread the mixture out evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring once or twice,until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • Once cooled, add the raisins and dried strawberries and mix well.

Notes

You can store this an airtight container at room temperature for about 2 weeks.
